Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days before shipping.
Puerto Rico
We offer Economy (6–9 days) and Standard (4–5 days) with flat rates, plus FedEx Priority calculated at checkout.
United States (Continental)
Economy with flat rates based on order total and calculated services (FedEx International Economy + USPS Priority) with handling charges.
International Shipping
Shipping via FedEx (Economy, Priority, Connect Plus). Rates calculated based on weight and destination. Taxes or duties of the receiving country may apply.

- FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required.
- We do not modify addresses once an order has been placed.
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address will incur re-shipping charges.

Timeframe and Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@jibaritodelacajita.com or use the self-service return option from your account.
The cost of the return label must be covered by the customer and varies by weight and order. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.
Damaged or Problematic Items
Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Some products contain internal batteries. Natural battery wear is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Refunds

Bought these for my daughter to read to my grandson, and I love that the books come in both Spanish and English. It gives me such peace knowing he’ll stay connected to his roots and to where our family comes from, even though he was born in the States. The stories are beautifully written, and the little coquí and rooster plush toys add a charming touch to the reading experience. I truly recommend these for every Boricua living in the diaspora.

El libro es bello y el coqui más aún.
Mi hija tiene una condición muy rara y no es verbal pero ama que le lean cuentos. El poder acompañar los cuentos con peluches ha sido todo un exito y nos ayuda mucho con trabajar la comumicación. Simpatiza mucho con Amapola aunque Tito el Satito siempre sera su favorito. Este cuento en particular nos toca mucho el corazon.
Lo compré para que mis nietos tuvieran la experiencia que yo tuve jugando gallitos. Al igual la ventaja de tener un libro bilingüe ya que no todos leen en Español y trato de impulsar esa etapa en sus vidas pues creo que es importante ser bilingüe.

This book is exactly what I wanted to keep the Puerto Rican tradition of el Coqui alive. We live in NYC and our kids are born here but we are from Puerto Rico so to share this story and the dolls with our children is such a gift. Now I have La Jubarita for los Reyes with el jibarito this holiday the kids are going to love it!!!!

Yo le compre el libro con el peluche de Don Coqui para mi sobrino/ñieto como regalo para su cumpleaños. Mi hermana lo adopto y es un blanquito pero su corazón es puro boricua. El llamo el coqui "Quico" una vez y siempre se quedo Quico. Ella lo hiba llevar para puerto rico para sus cumpleaños y no pudo lorgarlo. Cuando vi tu libro y peluche de Don Coqui supe que seria un regalo bien especial y lo fue. A el le encanto su libro y peluche de Don Coqui. El duerme con el 😊 No pudo ir para puerto rico pero gracias a ustedes le pude traer puerto rico hacia el.
El libro y peluche Don Coquí era para mi nieta de 7 añitos. Se envió a su domicilio en Michigan, ya lo recibió y ella está muy emocionada y contenta con su libro y su peluche Don Coquí. Creo que es un hermoso detalle para todos los niños boricuas que viven fuera de PR.
