International Shipping
Shipping via FedEx (Economy, Priority, Connect Plus). Rates calculated based on weight and destination. Taxes or duties of the receiving country may apply.

The cost of the return label must be covered by the customer and varies by weight and order. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.
Damaged or Problematic Items

Some products contain internal batteries. Natural battery wear is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

We ordered a bundle of three animals and a bilingual book. The animals are all super cute. They have some special features -- the rooster crows when your child hugs him, the firefly glows in the dark, and the parrot speaks! The book reads in English from one side and in Spanish from the other. The story is one of kindness, compassion, courage, and pride. There are many teaching opportunities through the book, including a map of Puerto Rico and explanations of various words. The pictures are brilliant. Service was excellent -- I appreciated the frequent communication.

Es muy pequeño y además las costuras está mal echas se ve de mala calidad el costo muy alto. Si me gusta hace varios sonidos y el color está bello. Negativo no se le puede cambiar la batería eso para mí es un no. Mucho tiempo para llegar. Muy mal cosido.
