We offer Economy (6–9 days) and Standard (4–5 days) with flat rates, plus FedEx Priority calculated at checkout.

United States (Continental)

Economy with flat rates based on the order total and calculated services (FedEx International Economy + USPS Priority) with handling fees.

International Shipping

Shipping via FedEx (Economy, Priority, Connect Plus). Rates calculated by weight and destination. Taxes or duties from the receiving country may apply.

• FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required.
• We do not modify addresses once an order is placed.
• Packages returned due to an incorrect address will incur reshipment fees.

Timeframe and Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@jibaritodelacajita.com or use the self-service return option from your account.

The cost of the return label must be covered by the customer and varies by weight and order. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.

Damaged or Problematic Items

Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Some products contain internal batteries. Natural battery wear is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed to the original method once we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing times may vary.

Orders in Transit

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded. You may refuse delivery; once the package is returned, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.

Delayed Packages
