Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days before shipping.
Puerto Rico
We offer Economy (6–9 days) and Standard (4–5 days) at flat rates, plus FedEx Priority calculated at checkout.
United States (Continental)
Economy with flat rates based on order total and calculated services (FedEx International Economy + USPS Priority) with handling charges.
International Shipping
Shipping via FedEx (Economy, Priority, Connect Plus). Rates calculated based on weight and destination. Taxes or duties may apply in the receiving country.
Important
- FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required.
- We do not modify addresses once the order has been placed.
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address will incur re-shipping charges.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Time Frame and Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@jibaritodelacajita.com or use the self-service return option from your account.
The cost of the return label must be covered by the customer and varies by weight and order. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.
Damaged or Problematic Items
Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Some products contain internal batteries. Natural battery wear is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing times may vary.
Orders in Transit
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded. You may refuse delivery; once the package is returned, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.
Delayed Packages
- Not considered "lost" until 30 days after shipment.
