We offer Economy (6–9 days) and Standard (4–5 days) with flat rates, plus FedEx Priority calculated at checkout.

United States (Continental)

Economy with flat rates based on order total and calculated services (FedEx International Economy + USPS Priority) with handling charges.

International Shipping

Shipping via FedEx (Economy, Priority, Connect Plus). Rates calculated based on weight and destination. Taxes or duties from the receiving country may apply.

• FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required.
• We do not modify addresses once an order has been placed.
• Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees.

Timeframe and Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

The cost of the return label must be covered by the customer and varies by weight and order. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.

Damaged or Problematic Items

Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Some products contain internal batteries. Natural battery wear is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.
